Independent procurement coordination

RecoveryRig Source Role and Working Method

RecoveryRig Source preserves a business buyer's rollback tow truck requirement through factory outreach, quotation comparison, evidence requests, and delivery-scope discussion. We do not manufacture, sell from inventory, certify vehicles, import on the buyer's behalf, or replace qualified inspection, compliance, customs, legal, and registration parties.

Who the process serves

Business buying situations that need a controlled evidence trail

Fleet replacement

Operators replacing aging recovery units need consistent controls, practical payload, service documentation, and a configuration that fits existing recovery duties rather than a generic model label.

Dealer stock planning

Commercial vehicle dealers may compare cab, wheelbase, carrier, wheel-lift, winch, option, color, and quantity mixes while keeping each variation on a separate quotation line.

Contract mobilization

Roadside-assistance and logistics contractors may need delivery timing, fleet markings, lighting, storage, inspection, documents, and operating handoff aligned with a project start.

Specialty recovery

Low-clearance, urban, parking, light-commercial, or mixed-vehicle work can change deck geometry, approach, maneuverability, underlift needs, axle loading, and accessory selection.

Cross-border purchase

Importers must separate supplier documents from the destination's own customs, safety, environmental, title, registration, and operating requirements.

Budget comparison

Buyers may compare premium, mid-range, and economy proposals while checking component origin, finish, warranty exclusions, service support, inspection, and total landed scope.

Our coordination record

The working file includes the buyer-approved requirement, versioned supplier responses, named substitutions, open technical questions, requested evidence, commercial exclusions, and delivery responsibilities. Unknowns remain marked as unknowns until a responsible party supplies reviewable information.

Public vehicle pages and research sources are used only to identify useful comparison fields. They are not evidence of this site's supplier access, inventory, factory ownership, authorization, or performance.

Limits that stay explicit

A sourcing comparison is not a factory audit, engineering sign-off, vehicle inspection, legal opinion, customs decision, approval, registration, warranty, or guarantee of suitability. Exact responsibilities are established only in the applicable supplier, inspection, logistics, and buyer agreements.

Current price, availability, production slot, configuration, documents, and delivery scope must be confirmed for the exact order.

Accountability questions

Naming the responsible party prevents a sourcing service from being mistaken for a manufacturer, dealer, or authority.

Who approves a supplier?

The buyer approves the supplier after its own due diligence. We can organize identity, facility, capability, quality, reference, and audit questions, but we do not claim that an unpresented audit has occurred.

Who accepts technical substitutions?

The buyer accepts or rejects them after reviewing the proposed component, evidence, effect on ratings, compatibility, price, and timing. A lower cost does not silently authorize a change.

Who determines US applicability?

Qualified destination-side parties interpret the exact vehicle, model year, powertrain, documentation, import path, and state requirements. We request and organize files but do not grant approval.

Define the sourcing role before factory outreach

Share the decision criteria, evidence expectations, acceptable alternatives, quantity, destination, and delivery responsibilities. We will reflect those boundaries in the request and comparison record.

Include the recovery duty, configuration, quantity, destination, and requested delivery timing.
