Data handling
RecoveryRig Source Privacy Policy
This policy explains how inquiry information may be used when a business buyer asks for custom rollback tow truck sourcing support.
Information you submit
The inquiry form may collect your name, work email, company, phone number, procurement requirements, product reference, optional budget basis, and supplier preference. Technical content may include duty, chassis, rollback, quantity, destination, delivery, inspection, and document requirements. Do not include payment card data, account passwords, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information in the form.
Why information is used
Information is used to assess whether the request is a business sourcing inquiry, clarify missing fields, coordinate candidate supplier outreach, compare responses, manage follow-up, protect the service, and comply with applicable obligations. A supplier receives only the details needed for the relevant sourcing request, subject to the communication and confidentiality arrangements established for that inquiry.
Optional preference information
A budget or premium, mid-range, economy, or undecided preference expresses the buyer's desired trade-off among cost, finish, customization, component origin, evidence, and service scope. It is not a financial profile and does not represent a verified rating of any supplier. You may omit it and request alternatives.
Storage and access
Access should be limited to people and providers supporting the inquiry, system security, or required administration. Retention depends on the active procurement discussion, record obligations, dispute prevention, and system backups. Internet submission carries risk, so detailed drawings and confidential files should move only through a separately confirmed channel.
Your choices
You may ask the service contact for access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to identity verification and legal or operational retention limits. You may also stop a sourcing discussion. Removing information cannot reverse disclosure already made to a candidate supplier at your direction, but future use can be limited according to the applicable request and obligations.
Cookies and benefit display
The sourcing benefit interface uses local browser storage to remember its first display for a maximum seven-day window and session storage to remember dismissal during the current browser session. These controls support interface behavior; they do not establish eligibility for sourcing support or a purchase benefit. Eligibility is confirmed only after the product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements are reviewed.
