Procurement intake
Use this page for business sourcing requests. A useful first message identifies recovery duty, chassis and carrier configuration, ratings to verify, quantity, destination, delivery window, Incoterm, inspection expectations, and required documents. The form does not reserve inventory or establish a final price.
Send the non-confidential operating need and open specification choices. Do not send payment data, passwords, government identifiers, or sensitive designs in the initial request.
We identify missing fields such as casualty profile, carrier geometry, chassis and axle layout, completed-unit weight assumptions, wheel-lift or tow basis, quantity, destination, and commercial scope.
Once the requirement is usable, candidate factories can be asked for current responses. Timing, availability, contact channel, and later document exchange are confirmed case by case.

Prepare the first message
Name the casualty-vehicle profile, road and site duty, drive and axle preference, wheelbase limits, carrier length and width, deck angle, winch and wheel-lift requirements, controls, powertrain, GVWR or GAWR expectations, quantity, and destination.
Also state the delivery window, Incoterm, inspection scope, manuals and parts needs, and any exact-model FMVSS, EPA, export, title, or registration questions. These are evidence requests, not claims that a factory or vehicle has passed review.
The details are reviewed for sourcing relevance. Material questions are clarified before outreach. Supplier responses, documents, commercial terms, and substitutions remain subject to verification and buyer approval.
