RecoveryRig Source Terms of Service
These terms describe an independent buyer-side sourcing and coordination service for business vehicle procurement inquiries.
1. Role of the service
RecoveryRig Source helps business buyers organize requirements, identify candidate original manufacturers, request quotations, compare supplier responses, and coordinate evidence questions. We are not a vehicle manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, inspection authority, regulator, customs broker, financing provider, insurer, or registration agency. A sourcing discussion does not create a vehicle sale, reserve stock, or prove factory capability.
2. Buyer information
You are responsible for providing accurate intended duty, configuration, quantity, destination, delivery expectations, document requirements, and any restrictions that affect supplier selection. You should not submit confidential designs, payment card data, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the initial inquiry form. Any later confidential exchange requires separately agreed handling.
3. Quotations and changes
Price, currency, validity, availability, production timing, Incoterm, inspection, freight, duty, tax, destination services, warranty, and included documents depend on the exact supplier quotation. A supplier may propose substitutions or revisions. No change is accepted merely because it appears in a comparison; the buyer must approve technical and commercial terms through the applicable contracting process.
4. Specifications and evidence
Published family specifications, marketing materials, maximum ratings, and generic certificates are reference materials only. The buyer must obtain and evaluate evidence tied to the quoted model, configuration, model year, engine or powertrain, rollback body, and destination. RecoveryRig Source can coordinate requests but does not certify accuracy, conformity, import eligibility, registration, or fitness for a particular duty.
5. Third parties and decisions
Factories, inspection providers, carriers, brokers, ports, authorities, and destination service organizations operate independently. Their acts, omissions, schedules, fees, and decisions are outside our control. The buyer remains responsible for due diligence, supplier approval, contracting, payment safeguards, inspection acceptance, logistics instructions, customs, registration, and safe operation.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, sanctioned, unsafe, or rights-infringing activity. We may decline an inquiry that lacks a legitimate business purpose, requests misrepresentation, or cannot be handled within the stated sourcing role. These terms may be updated for future use; terms applicable to a specific engagement should be recorded in its direct written communications.
